![]() Rajma | How to make simple Rajma ko Tarkari (Red Beans or Kidney Beans) Utensils Pressure cooker ![]() Pan Bowl Spatula Ingredients Kidney Beans (Rajma) - 150 gms Medium sized Onion (Pyaj) - 2 Tomato (golveda) - 1 large Green chili (Hariyo khursani) - 2 Ginger-garlic (Adua-Lasun) Paste - 1 table spoon Garam masala Powder - 1/2 table spoon Coriander (Dhania) - 1 table spoon Salt (Nun) - per taste Method Soak Rajma overnight Boil in a pressure cooker till tender Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste Cook till brown Add tomatoes, green chili and cook till soft Add coriander powder, salt and 2 cups water and boil well In a bowl take some Rajma and mash it Add Rajma (mashed and not mashed) and cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes Add Garam masala powder and cook further for another 15 minutes or till the gravy thickens Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot with steamed Rice, Roti or Puri !!!! | Tarkari/CurryOther Recipe |
