Round Spatula (डाढु)
Ingredients for about 20 malpuwa
Gram flour-200 gram
Sugar – 50 gram
Black Pepper whole- 5 piece
Oil- a cup
Water- 2 cups
Mix wheat flour, sugar and black pepper with 2 cups of water
Mixture should be thin
Heat the pan and add oil into it
Take small round spatula ( डाढु )
Pour the mixture little by little into the oil
When one side is red turn it into other
See both sides are cooked.
Malpua is ready to serve.
