Chauchau Fry

Fried Gravy Noodles

Noodles or chauchau is one of the most eaten foods in Nepal.

We have chauchau for tiffin, lunch and sometimes for dinner too. People prefer noodle soup as well fried noodles. Below are both the ways to prepare noodles. You can add eggs if you want in both types of noodles. You just have to cook the egg in a separate pan and add it to the noodles. We do not need to add salt to any type of noodles because noodles itself is salty. But if you wish you can add salt to your taste.
