Bhuteko Bhat

Fried Rice

Fried rice is very famous in Nepal. Fried rice is called bhuteko bhat. Generally saved cooked rice is used for the recipe.

Kids who do not like to eat dal bhat tarkari would love to eat bhuteko bhat. Bhuteko bhat is eaten as tiffin, lunch and dinner too. The same rice can be mixed with various items and given different names.
