How to make Lamb Sekuwa Marinade

Ingredients

  • Nepali Meat Masala - 4 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil (mustard oil tastes the best)-4 tablespoons
  • Dried red chilies-5
  • Turmeric-1 tablespoon
  • Grated nutmeg-1 teaspoon
  • Szechwan pepper (timur)-1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice-2 tablespoons
  • Garlic paste-2 tablespoons
  • Ginger paste-2 tablespoons
  • Onions-1 (cut into 4)
  • Chopped cilantro-2 tablespoons
  • Salt- as per taste

Method

In a blender, blend all ingredients to form a smooth paste

Store in air-tight container and refrigerate

Use this mixture to marinate lamb or Goat or Lamb kabab, sekuwa and even sukuti (dry meat) !
