How to make Lamb Sekuwa Marinade
सेकुवा मोल्ने मसला

Ingredients
Nepali Meat Masala - 4 tablespoons
Vegetable oil (mustard oil tastes the best)-4 tablespoons
Dried red chilies-5
Turmeric-1 tablespoon
Grated nutmeg-1 teaspoon
Szechwan pepper (timur)-1 teaspoon
Lemon juice-2 tablespoons
Garlic paste-2 tablespoons
Ginger paste-2 tablespoons
Onions-1 (cut into 4)
Chopped cilantro-2 tablespoons
Salt- as per taste
Method
In a blender, blend all ingredients to form a smooth paste
Store in air-tight container and refrigerate
Use this mixture to marinate lamb or Goat or Lamb kabab, sekuwa and even sukuti (dry meat) !
