Utensils Pan - 1 Plate-1 Spatula-1 Ingredients Soybean flour - 250 gram (2cup) Wheat flour - 250 gram (2 cup) Ghee- 350 gram (1 1/2 cup) Sugar mixture - 500 gram (3 cup) Cashew, almond, pistachio, raisins- 1cup(cut into pieces) Method Turn on the stove and heat the pan Add half of the ghee in the pan and let it melt When ghee is hot add both the flour and stir Keep on stirring until it turns golden brown When the flour is slightly hot add remaining ghee Add cashew, cardamom powder and stir it well When the flour cools down a little add sugar Make balls by gently rolling each portion between your palms into a smooth ball (if needed, apply ghee on your palms so the dough won’t stick to your palms.) Place the balls on a plate Your soybean ladoo is ready to serve You can store this ladoo for about a month or more |
