How to make Sikarni 

Utensils

Big bowl
Spoon
Grinder
Clean cloth

Ingredient

Dahi Yoghurt 1 liter
Cardamom powder 1 table spoon
Walnut 2 table spoon
Sugar 2 table spoon
Salt a pinch

Method

Take a bowl with the clean piece of cloth on top of it pour the yogurt in the cloth.

Tie it and hang it for about an hour

When all the water flows away

Pour the remaining yogurt in the bowl

Stir it properly with a spoon, making it creamy 

Add sugar, salt and cardamom powder and mix it well.

Now add the walnut

Mix it properly.

Sikarni is ready to serve!!!
