Nepali Veggie and Chicken Sandwich

Utensils

Chopping board
Knife 
Toaster 
Plate (to serve)

Ingredients

Bread -2 loaf
Lettuce – 2 to 3 leaves 
Cheese – 1 slice
Tomato – 1 cut into fine round circles
Green bell pepper – few cut into fine round circles
Onion- few cut into fine round circles
Mayonnaise- (Optional)

Method

Cut the brown sides of the bread 

Toast the bread for about a minute

Spread the mayonnaise in one loaf the bread

Stag the cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato and green bell pepper on the bread

Put the other bread on the top the first loaf

Cut the sandwich diagonally into two piece

Veggie sandwich is ready to serve!


Chicken Sandwich

To make chicken sandwich you just need to add chicken patties (Chicken Kima burger)

If you want grilled chicken patty, just grill bread and chicken patty as desired

Method

Prepare dhaniya ko achar,Tomato ko achar and til ko achar

Cut the 2 loaf of bread into four equal halves

Spread dhaniya ko achar on one half, cover it with other halve

Spread tomato achar on the top and cover it with bread half 

Spread til ko achar on top and cover it with the last half of the bread

Nepali style sandwich is ready to serve. Kids love this type of sandwich as tiffin!
