![]() Pan Spatula Ingredients Suji – 1 cup Ghee- 1/3 cup Sugar-more than half a cup Cashew – 10 to 15 Raisins – 10 to 15 Cardamom- 5 Almond – 3 to 4 (optional) Grated coconut- 2 table spoon (optional) Water- 2 cups (you can use milk instead, milk makes the taste of haluwa better) Method Heat the pan and add ghee into the hot pan Let the ghee become hot, when it is hot add Suji and stir it well keeping heat medium Keep on stirring or else it will stick on the base (do not let Suji flour stick on the pan) When Suji turns brown add sugar and stir it well again Water and stir it well (“be careful because it gives out bubbles – you make burn your hand here”) Now add cashews, raisins, almonds and cardamom keep stirring well Your Suji halwa is ready.
