Masala Papad

Utensils

Bowl spoon
Tong
Plate

Ingredients

Boiled peas (chana)- 3 tablespoon
Cucumber -1
Deacon Radish -1 
Boiled potato -1
Carrot -2
Green chili pepper- 1
Chat masala –
Salt -1 teaspoon
Tomato-1
Papad- 6-7
Lime juice -1 table spoon

Method

Fry the pappad (papad polni)
Cut carrot, cucumber, tomato, potato and green chili pepper into same size dice shape
Put all these in the bowl
Add salt, red chili powder and lime juice
Mix it well
In one of the pappad spread the mixture and on top of it add chat masala

Make masala papad

In a bowl take half cup of plain yoghurt add two tablespoon water and stir it well

This mixture feels creamy and rich spread it on top of masala chat

Now add some bhujiya on top of it

Spread a little bit of finely chopped onion and sprinkle some chat masala on top

Your papadi chat is ready to serve

Enjoy tasty papadi chat.
